Control your Alde heating digitally

With the REVOTION system, you can finally control your Alde heating digitally. Using our app, you can set all functions, including the boiler and energy priorities. This way, you finally have all functions and devices at a glance.

Switch your Alde remotely

All functions are now also available remotely via the internet. This makes it easy to preheat your camper before you get home.

Set timers for your heating

You can also set timers, for example, to limit your heating's runtime to a specific period. This way, you can simply sit back and let the system take care of the rest.

Smart automatic climate control

More and more features and integrations are gradually being added to the REVOTION system. This allows you to view and control all your functions via one app and, for example, soon create manufacturer-independent climate control systems.

Sendungsinformationen

Alle REVOTION Produkte werden über unseren Partner DHL versandt. Nach Versandbestätigung erhaltet ihr eine E-Mail mit Trackingnummer, damit du immer weißt, wo dein Paket gerade ist.

Normalerweise, wird eine Bestellung immer auch in eine Sendung zusammengefasst. Sollte dies einmal nicht möglich sein, erhältst du eine zweite Sendungsmail mit zweiter Trackingnummer.

Für jede Sendung wird Folgendes angezeigt:

Bestellnummer: Deine Bestellnummmer findest du unter Mein Konto > Bestellhistorie
Artikel deiner Bestellung: Die Artikel deiner Bestellung siehst du auch in der Bestellhistorie
Trackingnummer: Sobald deine Bestellung versandt ist, findest du in deiner Übersicht auch die Pakettrackingnummer zur Verfolgung deiner Bestellung.

Standardversand dauert innerhalb Deutschlands nach Fertigstellung der Sendung ca. 1-3 Werktage.

Wenn die Bestellung nicht zugestellt werden konnte, wird sie an unser Lager zurückgeschickt. Dann kann der Betrag je nach Wunsch erstattet, oder die Bestellung neu ausgeliefert werden. Je nach Bank, kann es meherere Tage dauern, bis die Erstattung auf deinem Konto zu sehen ist.
