Shipping Costs

Shipping from the REVOTION Store is free for all orders over €100. In the shopping cart, you can see how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.

Shipment Information

All REVOTION products are shipped via our partner DHL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can always know where your package is.

Typically, all items in an order are consolidated into one shipment. If this is not possible, you will receive a second shipping email with a second tracking number.

For Each Shipment, the Following Information is Provided:

• Order Number: You can find your order number under My Account > Order History.

• Items in Your Order: You can also view the items in your order in the order history.

• Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be available in your order summary to track your shipment.

Standard shipping within Germany takes approximately 1-3 business days after the shipment is processed.

If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. You can then choose to have the amount refunded or the order re-shipped. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

Easy integration of the Victron SmartShunt

The Victron Energy SmartShunt is typically used when larger consumers (such as an inverter) with high currents are connected, and the battery's state of charge needs to be monitored.

Der Shunt zeigt den Gesamtstrom an, der durch die Batterie fließt, indem er alle Zu- und Abflüsse verrechnet. Wenn die Solaranlage beispielsweise 100W erzeugt und gleichzeitig 150W verbraucht werden, misst der Shunt einen Nettoverbrauch von 50W.

Perfect combination with NODE Battery

To monitor individual currents, it's recommended to combine the NODE VE.Direct with the REVOTION NODE Battery. The NODE Battery features 5 integrated shunts that can separately display the performance of components such as solar panels, charging boosters, chargers, and consumers.

Ecosystems connected seamlessly

The NODE VE.Direct connects the Victron Energy ecosystem with the REVOTION Smart System. Through the cable connection (VE.Direct), all data is read and displayed in the REVOTION App.
