Shipping Information

Here you will find all the information about shipping from the REVOTION Store.


Shipping Costs

Shipping from the REVOTION Store is free for all orders over €100. In the shopping cart, you can see how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.


Shipment Information

All REVOTION products are shipped via our partner DHL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can always know where your package is.

Typically, all items in an order are consolidated into one shipment. If this is not possible, you will receive a second shipping email with a second tracking number.


For Each Shipment, the Following Information is Provided:

• Order Number: You can find your order number under My Account > Order History.

• Items in Your Order: You can also view the items in your order in the order history.

• Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be available in your order summary to track your shipment.

Standard shipping within Germany takes approximately 1-3 business days after the shipment is processed.

 

If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. You can then choose to have the amount refunded or the order re-shipped. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

Digitally control Truma heating

With the REVOTION system, you can finally control your Truma heater digitally. You can use our app to set all functions, including the boiler. This means you finally have all functions and devices at a glance.

Switch your Truma remotely

From March 2025, all functions will also be available remotely via the Internet. This way, you can easily preheat your camper before you get home.

Set timers for your heating

You can now set timers, for example, to limit the running time of your heating to a certain period of time. This way you can simply sit back and let the system take care of the rest.

Smart automatic climate control

More and more functions and integrations are gradually being added to the REVOTION system. This means you can view and control all of your functions via an app and, for example, soon create climate control systems that work across manufacturers.

Which devices are compatible?

The Truma integration works with the following Truma Combi heaters: Combi Gas 6 (E), Combi Gas 4 (E), Combi Gas 2 (E), Combi D 6 (E), Combi D 4 (E)

ATTENTION: CP+ panel required as CI version. This can be determined by checking the circuit board. You can see it by loosening the screw under the rotary knob. If there are two plugs at the back, the panel is compatible.
