Typically, all items in an order are consolidated into one shipment. If this is not possible, you will receive a second shipping email with a second tracking number.

For Each Shipment, the Following Information is Provided:

Order Number: You can find your order number under My Account > Order History.

Items in Your Order: You can also view the items in your order in the order history.

Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be available in your order summary to track your shipment.

Standard shipping within Germany takes approximately 1-3 business days after the shipment is processed.

If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. You can then choose to have the amount refunded or the order re-shipped. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

Always the right length

The rod electrodes are available in two length ranges and can be easily cut to the exact length after precise measurement of the tank. The sensor can be clipped at the right spot to achieve the correct length.

Easy retrofitting

The tank electrodes replace the old tank sensors. However, the old sensors do not necessarily need to be uninstalled; they can remain in the tank. For the new tank electrodes, a new installation hole may need to be drilled. Often, existing openings can still be used by replacing the old sensors.
