Shipping Information

Here you will find all the information about shipping from the REVOTION Store.

Shipping Costs

Shipping from the REVOTION Store is free for all orders over €100. In the shopping cart, you can see how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.

Shipment Information

All REVOTION products are shipped via our partner DHL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can always know where your package is.

Typically, all items in an order are consolidated into one shipment. If this is not possible, you will receive a second shipping email with a second tracking number.

For Each Shipment, the Following Information is Provided:

Order Number: You can find your order number under My Account > Order History.

Items in Your Order: You can also view the items in your order in the order history.

Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be available in your order summary to track your shipment.

Standard shipping within Germany takes approximately 1-3 business days after the shipment is processed.

If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. You can then choose to have the amount refunded or the order re-shipped. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

Plug for NODE Switch

With the adapter plug, you can easily connect external switches to your NODE Switch to control all devices independently of the app. This allows you, for example, to continue controlling your water pump in the motorhome using a switch at the sink.

Plug for NODE Ambient

The adapter plug is also compatible with the NODE Ambient, allowing you to connect external switches. With these switches, you can control the NODE Ambient lights normally and dim them as well. This makes it easy to retrofit and control ambient lighting.
